A modest product in terms of design and sizes but able to guarantee high standards thanks to its easy assembly, versatility and safety level ensured.
The PC panel support clamp by the Italian company Elesa, made of RAL 7042 grey technopolymer, matte finished and thermoplastic elastomer pads, represents the best solution to be easily installed with no drilling needs, to aluminium and steel panels with a width of 25 mm or higher.
The PC clamp consists of two bodies connected by means of an articulated joint that guarantees their retention, even in case of panel disassembly (Elesa patent), in compliance with the Machine Directive (2006/42/CE).
The APC adapter increases the versatility of PC, allowing assembly also on round tubes with maximum thickness of 2 mm.
Thanks to its uniqueness, the Elesa PC panel support clamp has recently been awarded as “Most Innovative Ancilliary Equipment” at the PPMA Show 2014 Awards, the British exhibition focused on processing and packaging machinery. It has been an important award for the innovative design of Elesa components.
The clamp impressed the jury thanks to the excellent combination of design-functionality and versatility, which allows usage in several industrial sectors.
With this recognition, Elesa now counts 35 Industrial Design awards.
