Passion, dedication and constancy, the key words on which is based the success of the Italian company Microingranaggi that, for over forty years, has been designing and implementing mechanical and electromechanical precision micro-components for the most different sectors: automation, robotics, packaging and domotics; and then medical, shipbuilding, textile aeronautical and military industry.
The wide-ranging offer by Microingranaggi includes precision mechanical kinematic gears, industrial products, epicyclical reduction gears and spur gearheads, electrical actuators, various automations, gears, worm screws, pulleys and so on. Anyway, what makes the offer really interesting is Microingranaggi’s capability not only of implementing standard components, but also of designing and developing tailored specific solutions starting from each customer’s concrete requirements. Most credit certainly goes to the highly specialized personnel, constantly relying on updated information.
At the same time, however, a valid support comes also by the winning choice of undertaking the way of technological investments. Just since 2009 until today Microingranaggi has in fact completed its metrological room with one 5-axis CNC evolventimeter, it has purchased two 9-axis gear cutting machines for volume-manufacturing and a universal 5-axis CNC grinding machine, and it has renewed the ecologic plant of automatic washing. This is completed by the reorganization of the product traceability through laser marking.
