An even stronger player in the fluidtechnology market

Aignep has recently communicated the market the enhancement of the Fluidity Division, specialized in solenoid valves for the fluid control, confirming the matching of the existing technical-commercial structure with a dedicated team relying on long expertise gained in various industrial contexts. The new team, with the support of the already consolidated structure, acknowledged on a world scale, will be committed to the enlargement and the development of the product range, providing the both technical and commercial support needed by customers and by the sales network. The technical-commercial site of the new Division is headquartered at Agrate Brianza, in the outskirts of Milan, while the manufacturing plant by Aignep headquarter at Bione (BS) will be enlarged. This new investment, strongly pursued by the Managing Director, Graziano Bugatti, sets the target of further boosting the Fluidity Division, leading it to the high levels already reached by the other four Business Units, confirming the company’s will of standing out as benchmark in the fluid engineering market.

What are then the new projects for the new Division? What the product range and the eventual novelties? We have asked these, and other questions, to Michele Larizza, Division Manager Fluidity of Aignep.

« The Fluidity Division – Larizza explains – is established about 5 years ago inside Aignep Group, after the strong demands submitted by branches and by the sales network. The Owners, following the entrepreneurial traditions that have always characterized them, invest in human resources and machines to give birth to the project.

Michele Larizza, Division Manager Fluidity of Aignep.

The consolidated and qualitative basis of this product range, developed in recent years, today is asked an acceleration to the enlargement of both range and of characteristics and, moreover, the Property invests in human resources specialized in the sector. Base products, available in Stainless Steel 316L, Brass and Aluminium Alloys, will be widened by introducing further alloys and the Technopolymer, required in the Food & Beverage world, core business for some divisions of Aignep Group. Some families of solenoid valves for high pressure and high temperature will be introduced. The connections currently provided will be enlarged as completion of the market demands, with, for instance, flanged valves. Different “sealing materials” will be introduced to satisfy the requirements of compatibility with aggressive fluids and with high temperatures».

What type of technical support will the new site offer?

«The market – Larizza notices – is becoming increasingly complex and “demanding”, therefore companies are required to offer more and more support and service. The target of Aignep is representing a company that succeeds in creating partnerships, offering what required, in terms of both quality and know-how, investing in resources that can include it and offering responses. The already important and highly professional technical-commercial structure has been widened with professionals backed by long expertise in the sector. Besides offering solutions and responses to the market, the new structure will increasingly propose its study of added-value products or systems, which can create bilateral cutting edges. This will be enabled by the synergies among the different technical competences inside the Group».

Due to the enhancement of Fluidity Division, specialized in solenoid valves for the fluid control, Aignep sets the target of widening its product range, introducing further alloys and the Technopolymer, required in the Food & Beverage world, besides integrating families of solenoid valves for high pressure and high temperature, and different “sealing materials”.

Does the service enlargement pave the way to new customers, to new application sectors? What?

«The sectors on which we are more focusing – Larizza underlines – are strongly connected to those currently managed with the other divisions, but this new product range will allow us to enter other markets such as food & beverage, plumbing and heating, medical, railway tram, automotive and so on. However, we must always consider that each product can be the key to the introduction of the Group’s range».

What are the specific features of the technical-commercial site of the new Fluidity Division at Agrate Brianza, in the outskirts of Milan? What the adaptation of Bione manufacturing plant, in Brescia province, and the possible developments?

«The company’s exponential growth – Larizza in person states – and the need of turning to more and more specialized resources has induced the Owners to invest in the area with the highest concentration of companies and technology. Choosing Brianza is its logic natural consequence. Agrate site, first step of the investment, provides for offices composed by engineers and sale managers who will take care of developing and boosting the business concerning the Fluidity Division. The goal is providing the both technical and commercial necessary support to customers and sale managers who already operate with and for Aignep: from the analysis of opportunities to dedicated training on products, from the improvement of the existing products to the study of new products for the range enlargement. Everything with the direct connection, also computerized, with Bione headquarter».

The target of Aignep is representing a company that succeeds in creating partnerships, offering what required, in terms of both quality and know-how, investing in resources that can include it and offering responses.

The investment by Aignep, anyway, will not concern just the human resources integrated in the staff.

«It will in fact provide – Larizza ends – for the introduction of new machines and new systems in the manufacturing unit, which will remain at Bione. Such tools and all connected equipment will be useful to carry out the necessary machining and tests to rise Fluidity products to the highest qualitative and performance levels and to make Aignep able to compete with the primary manufacturers of solenoid valves for the control of the fluids at disposal on the market».
