Bonesi Pneumatik offers a consolidated production of pneumatic components, from valves to FRL, from regulation-compliant cylinders to pneumo-hydraulic units and customized solutions to satisfy machine manufacturers’ requirements.
The production programme by Bonesi Pneumatik Srl in Legnano (Milan, Italy) includes a range of pneumatic cylinders compliant with the regulations in force.
Micro-cylinders ISO 6432, bore sizes from 8 to 25 mm
They are subdivided into three series, dismountable for eventual simple and fast maintenance: the CK series, with bore sizes 12-16-20-25, is characterized by anodized aluminium end caps and tubes and rolled AISI 303 stainless steel rod; the PX series, in the bore sizes of 8-10-12-16-20-25 with anodized aluminium end caps, AISI 304 stainless steel tube and rolled AISI 303 stainless steel rod and finally the FX series in the bore sizes of 16-20-25, fully made of stainless steel, with AISI 304 end caps and tube and rolled AISI 303 rod. Above listed series are available both in standard and magnetic execution, double and single acting and, depending on the various series and bore sizes, they are available with elastic or pneumatic cushions. Besides, outside regulation, is available the CT series with bore sizes of 12-16-20-25 with round profile end cap, radial or axial rear mounting, single and double acting.
Cylinders ISO 15552, bore sizes from 32 to 125 mm
They are available in the CX series, bore sizes 32-40-50-60-80-100-125, with clean profile aluminium body, gauged and anodized, with slots for the direct insertion of magnetic stops, without using mounting brackets. The standard series provides for adjustable decelerators and various variants are possible such as, for instance, the magnetic version, double ended rod, seals for high temperature (max 180°C) or very high temperatures (max 230°C), extended rod with mechanical rod locking device, thrust tandems, opposite tandems, rods and/or external mounting components such as stainless steel screws and tie rods, epoxy coating and special versions upon demand.
Compact UNITOP or ISO 21287 cylinders
Short-stroke cylinders compliant with UNITOP regulation, series CU, are available in the bore sizes from 12 to 100, standard in the magnetic version and available both single-acting, with front or rear spring, and double-acting, with simple or double ended rod, double acting with anti-rotation rod and those compliant with the ISO 21287 regulation, series CI, available in the bore sizes from 20 to 100. Both series are characterized by painted die-cast aluminium end caps, anodized aluminium tube and AISI 303 stainless steel rod.
Cylinders CNOMO, bore sizes from 32 to 200 mm
These cylinders are available in the bore sizes from 32 to 200 and they are characterized by black anodized light alloy end caps for the bore sizes from 32 to 125 and black epoxy painted for the bore sizes 160 and 200, lobe profile aluminium body, gauged and anodized for the bore sizes from 32 to 125 and with round aluminium profile, it too gauged and anodized for the bore sizes 160 and 200 and with C45 chrome-plated steel rod. Several variants are possible for this series of cylinders, too, like for instance the magnetic version, the doubled ended rod, high temperature seals (max 180°C) or for very high temperatures (max 230°C), thrust tandems, opposite tandems, rods and/or external components such as stainless steel screws and tie rods, epoxy coating and special versions upon demand.
Big bore cylinders ISO 15552, bore sizes from 160 to 320 mm
It is the CD series, available with bore sizes 160, 200, 250 and 320, with round profile body, made of gauged and anodized aluminium. The standard series provides for adjustable decelerators and all variants already provided for the other ISO 15552, bore sizes from 32 to 125, are possible.
Finally, it is worth underlining that the Italian Company can develop special solutions, suitable for specific requirements, even in case of small quantities, possibility particularly appreciated by machine manufacturers.
Upon demand, all said cylinders can be supplied in conformity with ATEX 94/9/EC directive, II GDc T6 classification.
