Microingranaggi is an Italian company, founded in 1973 and located in Buccinasco (near Milan).
Microingranaggi designs and manufactures customized gears, screws, toothed pulleys, drive shafts, gearboxes and gearmotors. From small batches like prototypes to medium batches, considering various types of different materials like plastics, steels, stainless steels, copper, aluminium, etc.
Microingranaggi is an active member of Assiot, the Italian gear manufacturers association.
The company covers an area of 2000 square meters with 30 employees, is ISO 9001:2008 certified and its quality control department has 3 persons involved on checking the products.
It has approximately 150 active customers, a sale agent in Germany and distributors in Sweden,
Israel, UK. It is now searching for new distributors and sales agents in Europe, particularly in France, Belgium, Austria.
The growing of the company is constant, year after year, due to flexibility, know-how, overall service and
fixed delivery time. The commercial department develops each bid requests with clarifications if any.
The Italian company invests every year a significant percentage of the turnover in new production and checking machines, employees trainings, R&D software applications. The external suppliers are qualified companies very close to the factory.
Small pieces, from this the name “Micro”, need care on checking the processes from production, handling, measuring, cleanliness, to packages. A specific gear software for design (Key soft), 2D and 3D CAD system has been implemented.
The products by Microingranaggi cover several fields of applications like gear pumps, domotics, automotive, avionics, electric tools, medical devices, measuring instruments, various types of machines, etc.
The production area is fully air conditioned, with clean surfaces.
Inside the production area turning machines, Swiss and German gear hobbing machines are working.
The metrological room is fully equipped with modern measuring instruments like gear check Klingelberg P26 and Zeiss CMM.
Its supplier for gear hobs is a leader company worldwide; in the production area a sharpener machine CNC 5 axis is working.
In the assembly department Microingranaggi produces gearmotors according to customers specifications where the check the noise, the electric absorption, etc.
Gearmotors are designed and produced with high quality components, like bearings, pins, grease, etc.
Some example of its customized gearmotors are in automotive, agricultural devices, medical machines, strapping tools equipments, food machines, automatic solar blinds.
