AV05, among the top products of the Aventics range, are state-of-the-art plastic material valves made of specific polymers that halve their weight and volume compared to the conventional valves available on the market. 
AV05 have undergone a relevant upgrade concerning safety and Industry 4.0. They are in fact integrated with the new electronic AES control system that grants the perfect connection among actuators, machine peripherals and controls, through the most common fieldbus protocols. These characteristics allow installing AV05 close to actuators to achieve shorter reaction times, shorter cycles and lower energy consumptions. Moreover, the galvanic insulation of electronics allows splitting the electrical power supply between the control and the logic part, thus conforming to one of the safety requisites required by the European Machine Directive.
