The feather in the cap of Bonesi Pneumatik, headquarters in Legnano (Milan, Italy), is its broad and tested range of pneumo-hydraulic units, former Generalmeccanica, proposed for applications requiring the control of speed and/or the position of the working stroke. The company has recently revolutionized the hydraulic system of these units, to further improve their characteristics, the performances, the control precision and to achieve more application fields. Four series are available in the range. The US series, pneumatic cylinders with coaxial hydraulic control, in bores from 50 to 200, with hydraulic integrated decelerators and stroke speed adjustment, rapid (SKIP) and stop (STOP) in both directions. The UD series, with simplification of the hydraulic circuit, in bores from 50 to 100, with control of the stroke speed, in exit or return. The UR series, with stroke-end hydraulic decelerators featuring high absorption of kinetic energy, available in bores from 50 to 200. The UI series, with characteristics resembling the products of the US line, in bores 50, 63, 80, 100 and 125, designed with interchangeable sizes with ISO 15552 pneumatic cylinders and with rear heads unified in a single version, irrespective of the control valves mounted.
