Fai Filtri has obtained the renewal of ISO 9001:2015 certification. Once again this proves the company’s will to continue investing on the quality of the services offered in order to guarantee to its clients the necessary standards and requirements.
DNV GL, one of the main certification authorities in the world, as well as the first in Italy for Management Systems, after verifying Fai Filtri’s compliance with the standard requirements of the Quality Management System, has confirmed the renewal of the certification. In fact, the recent audit has positively assessed the efficacy of Fai Filtri Management System, demonstrating that the company is always able to achieve certain objectives and respect legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
The evaluation on the focus area concerning the improvement of the activities related to the compliance with the timing requested by customers has registered several positive aspects such as the inclusion of the Line Production method and the Kanban in the production lines.
Also for all the other key points analyzed, not included in the focus area, no non-conformities were recorded. Appreciable, moreover, according to the auditor, are the technical competence and the availability of the Fai Filtri staff interviewed.
The renewal of the certification, valid for the design and the production of filters and filter elements for fluids in industrial applications, represents a further confirmation for Fai Filtri, the result of constant commitment and professionalism.
