CMC MARINE’S INTERNATIONAL SERVICE NETWORK IS ENRICHED WITH A NEW ASSISTANCE CENTRE IN SPAIN
New partnership for CMC Marine: ETY Superyacht Electrical Services will be the new service center for the Spanish territory. This brings up to five the international service centers activated in last 12 months.
CMC Marine Service and Technical Support Network has now acquired a new partner in Spain: starting from May 2014 ETY – Superyacht Electrical Services has officially joined CMC Marine’ service network. The agreement is part of CMC Marine’ strategy – defined at the beginning of 2013 – to strengthen up the Customer care network: hence the collaboration with a fifth new technical center, after the agreements in UK, Croatia, Turkey and Florida.
With the new partnership agreement the Spanish ETY is now officially appointed with the official title of CMC Marine Service & After Sales Centre. Based in the Palma de Mallorca marina (Balearic Islands), ETY is one of the leading companies in Spain for what it concerns electrical and electronic services for superyachts. Specialized in electrical and electronic systems design, installation and maintenance, they already can ensure many years of experience in the field; with highly qualified and competent technicians ETY is the ideal partner for CMC Marine that, next July, will host their Spanish colleagues for the usual refresher course.
Talking about the new agreement, Alessandro Cappiello, CEO CMC Marine, stated: “ ETY is an extremely reliable partner, with a strong local presence and, as we already have been proved, whose technicians are well prepared. Our Engineers are used to attending to vessels throughout the Mediterranean at short notice and are often required to carry out work whilst the yacht is underway. We look forward to supporting CMC Marine and integrating with their other service and Customer Care Partners around the Globe. ”
