The Rapid Level series has always been a symbol of F.lli Giacomello‘s innovative capacity and represents the pinnacle of the liquid control production. Patented and internationally recognized, Rapid Level is appreciated for its application flexibility, high safety, and extremely simple installation and adjustment.
Rapid Level can be used for dirty liquids, water, petroleum, and refrigerant oils, and tolerates the presence of metal particles, including ferrous particles, thanks to a magnet-free float integral with the rod. The complete separation between the electrical components and the liquid, achieved through ultrasonic welding and resin-coated pins, guarantees absolute safety even in the most critical systems.
The nylon-glass body is extremely mechanically robust and highly chemically resistant, making it ideal as an insulating container for reed switches. Rapid Level is suitable for monitoring levels up to 1,000 mm and, with a simple modification to the float and the use of a different tube, can monitor levels up to 3,000 mm.
Maximum versatility
Versatility is one of the hallmarks of the series: the desired length can be obtained by cutting the steel rod, or the switching point can be varied thanks to a float with a through-hole, which allows for rapid adjustments to the control level. The range includes various connection types (flanges, gas and NPT threaded connections), SPST or SPDT contacts, and the option to control one or more separate switching points, simplifying inventory management for retailers and system integrators.
