No secrets of hydraulic valves

CBF was founded in 1986 and it’s based in Montecchio Maggiore (Vicenza, Italy). At first, the company’s product line focused mainly on hydraulic products for the agriculture, earth moving and lifting machinery. Today CBF manufactures a wide range of hydraulic valves for the ever expanding mobile and industrial equipment sector, also designing and manufacturing hydraulic systems under customer specifications.

Quality has always been of primary importance. As of November 1999, CBF has been operating with a Quality System certified ISO 9002, followed by the November 2003 adjustment on Quality Management System conforming to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standard and by November 2009 adjustment to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.

CBF produces a big range of hydraulic valves as below indicated:

Some of the most important ranges between our products are:

Overcenter valves, in line, flangeable on motors and hydraulic cylinders, Cetop 3-5, made with collector in aluminium, steel or cast iron, with maximum flows from 40 l/min. to 200 l/min. and working pressure until 350 bar and 450 bar (steel).

The valves are available with standard pilot ratio 4,25:1 and on request, with pilot ratios 3:1, 8:1, 10:1.

In the range is also available the version “CC”, that is right for applications requiring the use of directional valve (closed in the center).

Two and three ways flow regulators valves, that are available in cartridge style or with collector made in aluminium, in steel or in cast iron, with in line connections or flangeable on hydraulic motors, manual and with electric control with flows of a minimum 1 l/min. until maximum 380 l/min. and working pressure from 200 until 300 bar.

Relief-unloading valves high-low pressure in line, flangeable on pumps and modular with flange “NG6”, “NG10” “NG16”, indicated for hydraulic circuits with two pumps that working in parallel where is requested to exclude automatically the low pressure pump after reaching an adjustable value of the pressure (The most common application are hydraulic presses). Have aluminium body and max flows rate that can go from 40 l/min. until 100 l/min.

Two, three, four way electric valves available in cartridge normally open and normally close style, slide type or seals type,  with aluminium collector or on request, in steel with in line connections. The maximum flows can be from 10 l/min. until 200 l/min. with maximum pressure from 200 until 300 bar.

Sandwich valves  NG6 (CETOP 3) and  NG10 (CETOP 5), single or dual effect, that consist of Overcenter valves, relief valves, flow regulator valves, pilot operated check valves, electric valves, relief-unloading valves high-low pressure, sub-plate for solenoid valves, manifold plate valves until 10 station, packing plate.

The collectors are built in aluminium or, on request, in steel or cast iron.

The external parts are exposed a galvanic treatment, in the inside parts are heat treated and then rectified.

The valves are available with maximum flows from 40 l/min. to 90 l/min. and maximum working pressure from 350 bar (aluminium) until 450 bar (steel).

Flow divider combiner cartridge style, made in steel with heat-treatment,  , with a flow division ratio 50%+50% and 7 different flow range that various from minimum of 3 l/min. to maximum of 150 l/min. Available with aluminium or steel body. Max pressure 350 bar.

Directional control valves, available with body in cast iron,  in line or  with flange “NG6” and “NG10” complete of a large range of hydraulic circuits and spool control.  Max flow from 25 l/min up to 70 l/min. Max pressure 400 bar.

Both versions are available with micro switch option.

Direct acting or pilot operated relief valves available in cartridge style or with collector made in aluminium or, on request, in steel, in line  or flangeable on hydraulic motors, with maximum flows from 5 l/min. until 200 l/min. with working pressure from 250 to 350 bar.

Flangeable valves on DANFOSS – SAM HYDRAULIK  motors (standard production) and, on request, for other types of motor like SUNFAB, PARKER etc.

The range includes overcenter valves, shock valves, shock and anti-cavitation valves, that are available in single or dual effect type, flow regulators valves, rotating distributor built with collector in aluminium and, on request, in steel.

There are available on maximum flows from 40 l/min. until 90 l/min. and maximum working pressure from 350 bar (aluminium) to 400 bar (steel).
